Commitment to Creator Rights

StreamStash respects the intellectual property rights of content creators. We are committed to responding promptly to any claims of copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act on behalf of one) and believe that content hosted on StreamStash infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice containing the following information:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature (or that of the person authorized to act on your behalf)
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  3. Identification of the material you claim is infringing, including sufficient information for us to locate it (e.g., URL or recording ID)
  4. Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

Response Time

We process all valid DMCA takedown requests within 24 hours of receipt. Upon receiving a valid notice, we will:

  • Remove or disable access to the identified content
  • Notify the user who uploaded/created the recording
  • Keep a record of the takedown for compliance purposes

Creator Opt-Out

If you are a TikTok creator and want to prevent your live streams from being recorded on StreamStash, you can request a permanent opt-out. Email dmca@streamstash.live with your TikTok username and we will block your account from being recorded on our platform.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district

Repeat Infringers

StreamStash will terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers. We maintain records of all takedown requests and counter-notifications.
