1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using StreamStash ("the Service"), operated by Aarox Technologies ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

StreamStash provides tools to record publicly available TikTok live streams, generate highlight clips using automated analysis, and download recorded content. The Service operates in the cloud and does not require users to install any software.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Record content for the purpose of harassment, stalking, or intimidation
• Redistribute recorded content for commercial purposes without appropriate rights
• Attempt to circumvent any usage limits, rate limits, or security measures
• Use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage patterns
• Impersonate any person or entity

5. Content and Copyright

StreamStash does not claim ownership of any recorded content. All live stream content is the intellectual property of the respective creators and/or TikTok. You are responsible for ensuring your use of recorded content complies with applicable copyright laws.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and will respond to valid DMCA takedown requests. See our DMCA Policy for details.

6. Pricing and Payments

StreamStash offers free and paid tiers. Paid features include subscription plans and per-recording unlocks. All payments are processed through Stripe. Prices are in USD and are subject to change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

Subscription fees are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

7. Data Retention

Recordings are stored for a limited period depending on your plan (7 days for Free, 30 days for Pro, 60 days for Power). After the retention period, recordings and clips are automatically deleted from our servers.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. The Service depends on third-party platforms (including TikTok) and may be affected by changes to those platforms beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aarox Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately and any stored recordings will be deleted.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
