Personal tier £20 one-time, lifetime updates

Archive Instagram creators automatically.

Add the creators you watch. StreamStash polls Instagram on a schedule, captures every new Reel, Post, Story, and Highlight, and keeps the files in a local SQLite library that doesn't care if Instagram changes the rules.

Stories on a clock

Stories disappear in 24 hours. Your archive doesn't.

Instagram retires every Story the next day, even the ones your followers actually saw. The smart schedule keeps active creators on a fast cadence so most Stories are pulled while they're still live, and the file lands in a library that ignores Instagram's clock from then on.

How monitoring works

Add creators once. Everything else is automatic.

1

Get the Personal tier

Personal (£20 one-time) unlocks Instagram and Telegram on top of what Free already covers. Lifetime updates included.

£20 · one-time · lifetime updates
2

Add Instagram creators as monitors

Drop in a creator's profile URL. By default StreamStash runs a smart schedule that adapts cadence per creator — active accounts are checked more often, dormant ones less, to stay inside Instagram's rate limits and avoid account challenges. Manual intervals are still available if you want to override the default for a specific creator.

StreamStash polls and archives

Reels, Posts, Stories, Highlights, and carousels land in your local library as they appear. Carousels stay grouped as a set, not split across rows.

FAQ

Questions about Instagram archiving.

No. The Free tier covers TikTok and Twitter/X archival. Instagram archiving is part of the Personal tier (£20 one-time), which also adds Telegram. Power (£40) extends to all eight platforms plus AI semantic search.
Add a creator as a monitor and StreamStash takes care of the schedule for you by default. The smart schedule adapts cadence per creator — accounts that post often are checked more frequently, dormant accounts less — to stay inside Instagram's rate limits and minimise the risk of account challenges. If you want to override the default for a specific creator, you can set a manual interval anywhere from 30 minutes to 24 hours.
Active creators on the smart schedule typically get checked frequently enough to catch Stories during their 24-hour window. If a particular creator posts Stories you really don't want to miss, you can override the default with a manual interval (e.g. 30 minutes) for that monitor. Once a Story is in your library, the file stays there even after Instagram has retired the original.
StreamStash saves every item in the carousel and keeps them grouped together as a single library entry, so a 10-item album shows up as a 10-item set rather than ten unrelated downloads.
No. Personal is a one-time purchase that includes lifetime updates. There is no recurring charge.
