Inside the 24-hour window
Stories are checked with the creator's normal feed scan. Smart Scheduling keeps active creators on a short interval, so a story is saved hours before it disappears rather than found after.
Stories last 24 hours. Follow a creator in StreamStash, switch Stories on, and every public story they post is saved to your own drive alongside their videos and lives. No TikTok login needed for public creators, and nothing uploaded anywhere.
Anonymous story viewers are fine for a look, but they forget the story the moment you close the tab, and by tomorrow TikTok has too. StreamStash treats stories as part of a creator's archive: fetched on a schedule, saved as files, and kept next to everything else they post.
Stories are checked with the creator's normal feed scan. Smart Scheduling keeps active creators on a short interval, so a story is saved hours before it disappears rather than found after.
Public stories can be fetched without a TikTok account. If you are signed in to TikTok in Firefox, that session is used, which also covers private accounts you follow. Files land on your drive, not in a shared archive.
Stories sit in the creator's feed with their videos, photo posts and reposts, next to their live recordings in your library, playable in the built-in player and searchable with everything else you have saved.
Type a username into Add Feed, or click the Add from Browser bookmark on their TikTok profile. Free allows five monitored feeds.
Stories is a toggle in the Add Feed flow, on by default, and in each feed's menu. Creators you already follow can opt in without being re-added.
Each check saves any story you don't have yet. A story that later becomes a normal post is recognised as the same content on Power, so you keep one copy, not two.
The same Stories toggle saves Instagram stories and highlights (Personal and above) and Twitch's 48-hour stories from channels your Twitch account follows, each into the creator's own feed. One library, one player, one place to look when something has already expired everywhere else.
Follow a creator, switch Stories on, and stop checking TikTok every morning.
